3. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as specified in your booking confirmation.

Upon receiving your booking, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your itinerary and payment information. It is your responsibility to review this information and inform us of any discrepancies.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 General Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@traveme.com. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
4.2 Specific Cancellation Terms
Some services and accommodations may have different cancellation policies. You will be notified of these at the time of booking.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
TraveMe is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your travel. We act only as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and do not accept responsibility for their actions or services.
7. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other specified payment methods. Full payment is required before your departure unless otherwise agreed. All transactions are processed securely.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. TraveMe is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of travel disruptions.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You shall not:
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our services.
- Use our services in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
